The Stanley Lobbies are a grand location for a one-of-a-kind reception - for weddings, anniversaries, or any other celebration. Two levels plus the Red Room make for intimate seating areas in a glamorous setting, with plenty of room for a dance floor and space to move.
Main Lobby:
Wedding Photograph Session $125 per hour
(Higher rates for Sundays and Holidays)

Wedding Ceremony $600
- Accommodations for up to 125 guests
- Three hours for your exclusive use! Includes:
- set up
- ceremony
- photo session time
- The Stanley provides the podium, microphone/speaker, and lobby furniture.
Wedding Reception $2800
- Accommodations up to 250 people in the Lobby, Mezzanine Promenade, and the Romano Room.
- Includes the use of twenty 2’ square cocktail tables, ten 8’ banquet tables, and other lobby furniture on the premises.
- Includes all day for set up, four hour event, and one hour for take down.
- A Stanley event manager for the duration of the event.
Cocktail Reception $1,000
- Accommodations up to 250 people in the Lobby and Mezzanine Promenade.
- Includes the use of twenty 2’ square cocktail tables, ten 8’ banquet tables, and other lobby furniture on the premises.
- Includes all two hours for set up, three hour event, and one hour for take down.
- A Stanley event manager for the duration of the event.
Romano Room $400
The Romano Room is an elegant room perfect for rehearsal dinners, showers, and small receptions.
- Accommodations up to 100 people.
- Includes chairs, cocktail tables, and up to four 8’ banquet tables.
- Includes two hours for set up, four hour event and one hour for take down.
- A Stanley event manager for the duration of the event.

The Stanley offers a variety of meeting rooms:
Romano Room
The Romano Room is a comfortable room for board meetings, seminars, and classes for up to 100 people.

$50 per hour
Evening/Weekend Meetings
$75 per hour
Hearst Multi-Purpose Room
The Hearst Multi-Purpose room is a flexible space for up to 100 people.
Regular Business Hours - 8am to 5pm
$30 per hour

Performer’s Lounge Meeting Rates
The Performer’s Lounge is an attractive room for smaller groups up to 16 people.

Stanley Beverage Service Rates
Coffee, Decaf, Assorted Hot Teas and Bottled Water
$5.00 per person for up to 3 hours
Coffee and Tea Refresh $1.95 per person

Please Note: There is an additional charge of $2 per person for receptions and parties, and all users must use a caterer from our approved caterer's list. There is a full-service kitchen onsite for use by the caterers.
